I was there during my Merdeka Ride and I can confirm this place is completely abandoned, I was the only person there. A quick check on the Internet, the Aircraft Flea Market was active during the year 2016-2017 and it is held every Wednesday and Saturday from 1400-2200.
This Bangkok Airplane Flea Market is located on Malaiman Road at the 5KM marker. (The route between Nakhon Pathom and Suphanburi).
