Brunei E-Arrival Card Online Registration Complete Guide
The Brunei E-Arrival Card, an online system used by the Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) to electronically record arrival information for foreign nationals, is now in place.
All foreign nationals entering Brunei through immigration control posts – by sea, by air, or by land – must register for an e-Arrival Card before travelling to Brunei.
How To Apply For Brunei E-Arrival Card Online?
To register, go to https://www.imm.gov.bn and click on Register Now for New Application.
Accept the Terms of Agreement, enter the security code you see and click on Next.
Now, enter your personal information and click on Create Account.
For verification purposes, a code will be sent to your email. Enter the code on the page below, create a password and click on Complete Account.
Once your account creation is completed, enter your email address and password in the portal followed by the Sign In button.
Once you’ve logged in, click on the E-Arrival Cards button.
To register, click on Create E-Arrival Card button.
Next, enter your personal information and scroll below.
Now, enter your General Information and scroll below to the next screen.
Finally, enter your arrival, and departure information and click on the Submit button.
That’s it! You have now successfully registered for Brunei E-Arrival Card. You can view your E-Arrival card on your screen.
If you have an additional passenger(s), such as Children, parents etc, you can register for them too. To do so, click on the Create E-Arrival Card button again and repeat the same process.
How To Cancel / Delete / Edit Brunei E-Arrival Card?
To change your E-Arrival card, re-login into the portal and click on your registered E-Arrival card.
Now, you can edit the details in the E-Arrival card and apply the changes.
If you want to cancel the registration, click on the Cancel button at the bottom left followed by the Delete button.

Yes, the individual can register for an E-Arrival Card at the Immigration Control Post using the individual’s mobile phone, but it is recommended to register before arriving or departing to/from Brunei Darussalam.
The Immigration and Registration Department would like to clarify that this Department does not make any appointment or confirmation of any individual or company to run the E-Arrival Card service with a fee.
