If you’re looking for a restaurant/cafe surrounded by nature, I would recommend that you try Tanah Aina Fareena Cafe @ Bentong.
The journey to this cafe would take you less than an hour from Kuala Lumpur. Once you reach the car park, start walking along a covered bridge that winds along a river with crystal-clear water.
You will then see a beautiful open-air structure and furnishings built from local timber with a multitude of rich wood tones. (Yes, the structure is the cafe).
The cafe serves a variety of dishes in view just a few meters away in the clean, clear water of the river; as well as business retreats; weddings, and; other events hosting up to several hundred people.
It is very comfortably furnished, quiet, private, and air-conditioned (if you like), I personally love to seat just next to the river. The natural stream is cleverly “designed” to be safe enough for kids.

If you enjoy nature and like to get away from the busy city, a day trip to this restaurant would make your day. My breakfast as per above cost RM33.00 and maybe the price is a little high but hey, I get to ride and I don’t dine in fancy every day. You got to treat yourself too!
I heard quite a lot of good reviews about their food but since it was a breakfast ride, I went for something easy.
Have you tried this restaurant? what’s your thoughts? did you like it?
